Geodetické práce při realizaci mostu
BRŮHA, Karel
This thesis deals with revision of existing geodetic points of the basic demarcation network and compare current transformation key S-JTSK18 with previous key S-JTSK13. The aim of the revision was to find out whether there was a deformation of the points and the associated change of position, while the comparison of transformatic keys aimed to find out with what accuracy they follow each other. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The literature search explains the basic nomenclature of the bridge structure, describes geodetic instruments and explain geodetic concepts and analogously maps individual geodetic activities during the construction of the bridge. In the practical part, the revision of points was evaluated together with the comparison of transformation keys.
Slovak and Czech architecture of the 20th century 60: Comparison of selected buildings
Rusňáková, Lucia ; Czumalo, Vladimír (advisor) ; Šmied, Miroslav (referee)
Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the determination of the basic common features and the differences between Slovak and Czech architecture of the 60s and 70s year of the 20th century. It is based on a comparison of four selected representative pairs of buildings, architectural monuments (Monument of Slovak National Uprising in Banska Bystrica and completion of the tower of the church of the Virgin Mary and St. Jeroným, Cyril and Metod, Vojtech and Prokop in Prague), crematoriums (Bratislava and Zlin), University campuses (Slovak University of Agriculture and the Czech technical University in Prague) and bridges in the urban environment (SNP bridge in Bratislava and Prague Nusle Bridge). The comparative analysis is preceded by the insight on the development of the Slovak and Czech architecture in the 20th century, focusing on the 1960s and the question whether in the joint Czechoslovak state existed two specific national schools. Comprehensive responds is given in the final chapter by summarizing the results of the comparison of selected buildings. The analysed buildings are graphically and photographically documented.
Stabilita ovocných nápojů s přídavkem extraktů z léčivých rostlin
Havlík, Dominik
This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on monitoring the microbiological purity of fruit drinks and the opportunity of influencing the amount of microorganisms using the curative plants extracts. At the beginning of the work there is decribed what the fruit drinks are and its possible division and production. In the last part of this work are stated curative plants which can influence microbiological purity of food. In practical part there is introduced the process and results of the monitoring of all seven fruit drink samples which cointained curative plants extracts. In these samples were observed the amounts of CFU/1 ml of total count of microorganisms, thermo-resistant bacteria, micromycetes and coliform bacteria. During the time of monitoring there was no overstepping the microbiological limits of healt harmlessness.

The use of dynamic geometry software to determine conics and other curves around us.
TEN HAGEN, Libor
This bachelor thesis concerns conics and their occurrence in the world around us. The aim is to point out the connection between geometry and everyday live, between theory and practical use of conics. The first part deals with conics, their equations and constructions. Some pictures made in software GeoGebra are given as well. Second part deals with basic information of constructions of bridges and describes their properties. The third part contains photographs of conics. Most of photographs depict bridges, which are analyzed in the software GeoGebra. Every photographed object is shortly described.
Use of Simulation Based Reliability Assessment Method to Evaluate the Resistance of Composite Bridge Decks to Cracking
Tikalsky, P. ; Tepke, D. ; Marek, Pavel
The problems of cracks in a composite bridges are discust. The application of technology coresponding to the performance design can lead to significant reduction of cracks resulting in extension of the service life of the bridge.
Fish assemblages of the artificially made water habitats in floodplain forests
Horák, Václav
In the alluvium of the Dyje River (r. kms 0.0-35.00) the original biotops and the artificially made biotops (created as a part of revitalisation activities) were studied in two floodplain forest complexes (the Kančí obora and the Soutok floodplain forests). Within the Kančí obora floodplain forest the most diversified assemblage was found in the new made complex of three pools, the Palachy (16 species) because of its permanent connection with hydrological systém. The species Rutilus rutilus, Scardinius erythrophthalmus, Blicca bjoerkna occured most. In the original pool U svaleného dubu (14 species) were the R. rutilus, S. erythrophthalmus species most frequent. Within the Soutok area in the artificially made complex of two pools, the Kesle, 9 fish species were found. The species Abramis ballerus occured most. In the original pool, the Krumpava, 10 fish species were found with A. ballerus occuring most as well. The artificially made habitats (pools) provide the same conditions for fish if permanently connected with the hydrological system of the floodplain forest.
